Manufacturers pricing changes require a price change on the website and are updated as soon as possible. In the event that pricing has changed before an item(s) are updated on the website, the customer will be notified before processing and will have the option of proceeding or canceling the order. Accent Furnishings will never increase the price of a mispriced item after the sale for the sole purpose of misleading a customer or using a tactic to increase the sale of said item. Order Acceptance The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Accent Furnishings reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. This includes mispriced items out of human error. Verification and review of an order may be required prior to the acceptance and processing of any order. FREE Standard Shipping We are currently offering free shipping on "standard size" UPS and FedEx shippable
orders (or like standard carriers) placed within the 48 continental United States. Some restrictions apply to select product lines. (Please see "Free Shipping Exclusions" below). Many products are
oversize and overweight and ship via Freight Truck and are considered "non
standard shipping". Customers placing orders that are "non standard shipping"
and are shipped via "Freight Truck" will be contacted regarding shipping charges
BEFORE the order is processed and BEFORE the Credit Card is charged. Customers
living in Alaska or Hawaii placing orders will be contacted on ALL products
ordered, "standard" or "Freight Truck", regarding shipping charges BEFORE the
order is processed and BEFORE the Credit Card is charged. Other orders placed
outside of the continental US will have shipping charges added accordingly. International orders will be reviewed on an individual basis. NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay duty fees and all other fees associated with an International order. Credit Card Statement and PayPal Please note all credit card charges will appear as iDirect Marketing, Inc. on your credit card statements. PayPal-PayPal charges will appear as iDirect Marketing Stores. All correspondence after a PayPal purchase should be made through email or calling Accent Furnishings first, before corresponding via PayPal in order to get quick and prompt resolution on PayPal requests or returns. Returns Accent Furnishings is proactive in fairness to our customers. Only authorized returns will be accepted. We will accept returns that have not been damaged, AND are in a re-sellable perfect condition and are not custom or made to order items, this includes items that are in stock but require an additional finishing process. Personalized, semi-custom and any special ordered items cannot be returned for a refund. Restocking fees do apply and vary from one manufacturer to the other, so please inquire of the restocking fee prior to purchase. A credit will be given when the item has been received by the manufacturer. The return must be packaged in the original box and packaging in which it was received. Items that are returned broken will not receive a credit. Returns are limited to 10 days post delivery. If a return or exchange is requested and granted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and insuring or discuss with the carrier the option to insure for return delivery to the manufacturer. Any item return shipped that arrives broken will not receive a credit. (The exception is when the manufacturer has agreed to provide a call tag for pick up due to damaged item(s) on the initial delivery or a product defect has been determined). Accent Furnishings will get your return reconciled as soon as possible, but the item must be received and inspected before a credit is issued. Returns vary based on the interaction between notification, response from the manufacturer and the shipping carrier. There is no guaranteed time of return and credit given. Your return will be processed diligently and without intentional delay. Installation We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of a product or the removal of a product. This includes the hiring of an electrician, designer, contractor etc. that performs the installation or removal of a product. NOTE: Please contact customerservice@accentfurnishings.com for return authorization procedures. Any unforeseen circumstances; Manufacturers will at times make an exception based on unforeseen circumstances. When one of our manufacturers makes a change in their policy under this provision, Accent Furnishings has the right to alter this policy at anytime and special terms can be implemented when there is no additional liability created for Accent Furnishings and the customer agrees to any amended terms. In the event the customer does not agree to the amended terms, the policy is enforced in the original terms outlined. Restocking Fee Our Manufacturers charge a restocking fee. The customer (buyer) is responsible for a restocking fee for approved returns and the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee varies depending on the manufacturer, so please inquire about the restocking fee prior to purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost originally paid by Accent Furnishings if the item is returned. Brands Excluded from Returns: No returns, except in the event of damaged or defective items, all products will be replaced if damaged, defective or damaged during the shipping process to the customer. -American Drew-these items are marked non returnable on the product page -MP Woodcarver-hand carved dog furnishings, marked non returnable on the product page Clearance Items: Clearance items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise. Canceled Orders At our discretion a 15% process cancellation fee may apply to orders canceled that have already been placed for processing. There will be no "Buy Back Guarantee" for personalized, custom, semi-custom or made to order items.
